Return Policy

1. Overview

Thank you for shopping with BioBeauty Lanka. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • The item was purchased from our website (biobeautylanka.lk).

  • The return request is made within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unopened (where applicable), in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging (including all tags, accessories, freebies).

  • For hygiene reasons (especially for skincare, cosmetics, personal care), items that have been opened, used, or the seal broken may not be eligible for a refund — only a replacement or store credit may apply (see Section 4).

3. Non-returnable Items

The following items are typically not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”.

  • Gift cards or vouchers.

  • Any item that is used, damaged by the customer, missing parts, or no longer in resalable condition.

  • Products where hygiene seals are broken (for example: skincare jars, lipsticks, contact‐related products).

4. Refunds, Replacements & Store Credit

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved:

    • Refund: We will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account (depending on your bank/issuer).

    • Replacement: If you wish to exchange for the same item (subject to availability), we can ship it to you at no extra cost.

    • Store Credit: In some cases (especially opened hygiene items), we may issue store credit equal to the value of the item—usable for future purchases at BioBeauty Lanka.

  • Shipping or delivery charges paid at original purchase are non-refundable, unless the return reason is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Service  call 0705171646 within 14 days of delivery—please include your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return.

  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions for shipping the item back.

  3. Return the item in its original condition and packaging to the address provided. You are responsible for shipping the item back unless the return is due to our mistake.

  4. When we receive and inspect the return shipment, we will notify you about the status of your refund, replacement, or store credit.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect (not the item you ordered), please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery)—we’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover the shipping cost for the return.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • First check with your bank/card issuer—it may take additional time to process.

  • Then contact us at 0705171646 with the order number and details. We will investigate and assist further.

8. Additional Information

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria above.

  • This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
